Shipping policy
At Sfltrends, we aim to deliver your fabrics quickly, safely, and in perfect condition. Please read our shipping guidelines to know what to expect when shopping with us.
1. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.
• We do not process or ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.
2. Delivery Within Ghana
We deliver nationwide using trusted couriers.
- Accra & Tema: 1–2 business days.
- Other regions: 2–4 business days.
- Delivery fees start from GHS 30 and will be calculated at checkout.
- Orders above GHS 500 qualify for free delivery within Greater Accra Region (Ghana).
3. International Shipping
We ship worldwide using DHL or FedEx.
- Delivery times: 5–10 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.
- International shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes charged by their country.
4. Tracking Your Order
• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp.
• Tracking allows you to monitor your parcel’s journey until it arrives at your doorstep.
5. Delivery Issues
If your order is delayed or lost:
• Contact us immediately with your order number.
• We will follow up with the courier to resolve the issue.
6. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
• Please ensure your delivery address is correct before placing your order.
• If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping costs.
